Pricing
Opti-cal is entitled to withdraw from any contract in case of errors or inaccuracy regarding the goods appearing on the site. Opti-cal reserves the right to alter prices at any time should it be necessary to do so. All payments to be made in UK Sterling (GBP), unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Payment
1. Credit Cards
At present Mastercard and Visa credit/debit card payments (for amounts below 1000 GBP for UK customers) can be made online. No credit card details are kept on our servers. Payment will be taken from your card once the goods are ready to be despatched.

2. PayPal
We accept payments via PayPal for amounts below 2500 GBP. PayPal accepts the following cards:

Mastercard / Eurocard
PayPal Credit Card
PayPal Top Up Card
Switch / Maestro
Solo
American Express

3. By post (cheque)
You can send a cheque to Opti-cal Survey Equipment Ltd in the post and we will dispatch the goods when the cheque has cleared.

4. Direct Bank Transfer (BACS or IBAN)
For larger payments direct bank deposit is preferred, and this option is available at checkout. You can send us a BACS transfer via telephone or Internet banking. This can take approx. 3 working days to reach and clear our account, upon which we will dispatch the goods. If you are ordering from outside the UK you can pay by IBAN (International Bank Transfer In Sterling).

5. Credit Account
Please complete and return our credit account application form if you wish to apply for a credit account.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added at the checkout stage of any order. All other orders are VAT free. Our VAT number is GB891610027.

Shipping
We will endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the next working day for stock items. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Standard delivery days are Monday through to Friday, but we can also deliver on Saturdays at an additional cost.

UK Mainland Standard Charges:

Seller reserves the right to replace, repair or issue a refund for the purchase price of any item. Items returned to seller that do not meet the above criteria, refunds will not be honoured.
