![]() The latest version of the Leica GeoMoS Web internet-based monitoring data visualisation and analysis service now provides users with advanced capabilities that they can access on PDA, smartphones and tablet devices.
Leica GeoMoS Web v2.1 boasts a range of improvements compared to its predecessor, including having new contour graphs implemented to the graph type management. This feature permits the deliver of status information on the monitoring project in question, offering particular assistance for subsistence monitoring works. The graphs can be geo-referenced with a map and can represent any series of measurements with colours proportional to the movement. A new zooming function has been seamlessly integrated with the web application and does not require further downloading or installation of software. Improvements to the overview function include the ability to be able to assign points to overview images, as well as sites. This direct assigning of points has largely been developed for use in smaller, or GNSS only works, where zoning may be unreasonable in different sites. The on-demand 'Software as a Service' (SaaS) programme has proven very popular with the users of Leica's monitoring equipment, which is supported by a dedicated team of software engineers who keep the system secure and up-to-date. |
